MI paste is easy to apply. Depending on your situation, it can be done in the dental office or you can do it at home. If is safe enough for multiple applications during the day.
Instructions on usage:
- Brush with fluoride toothpaste in the morning and at night.
- Apply a generous layer of MI Paste to your teeth surfaces using your finger.- Leave undisturbed for 3 minutes.
Whether it is being applied at home or at the dental office, you should avoid spitting or swallowing any MI Paste during the 3 minutes while it is in your mouth. However, if you need to you can rinse gently.
MI paste is safe to swallow even if you are lactose-intolerant, however, you should not use MI Paste if you are allergic to dairy products.
