Our History

Hanover Dental has been a pillar of the Steinbach community for over 27 years now. Our patient base has grown to over 22,000 patients that call us their dental office! In 1990, Dr. Jim Koepke, DMD began Hanover Dental at 333 Reimer Avenue when he bought the building from Hanover Medical Clinic and continued the name of Hanover Dental. In June of 2007, Dr. Luke Singh, DMD joined Dr. Koepke at Hanover Dental as an associate and then bought the business upon Dr. Koepke’s retirement in January of 2008. Dr. Luke has grown the business from the small 4 dental chair office to the large 12 dental chair office at Clearspring Centre that it is today.

Patient Education & Prevention

At Hanover Dental we strongly believe in the connection between oral health and overall body wellness. We strive to educate all of our patients on preventive care and restorative treatments by giving you multiple options to find the best treatment for you. We are committed to keeping our patients informed via newsletters, brochures, and consultations with our treatment coordinator. Our treatment coordinator is available to all patients for personalized, quality care and to take the extra time to explain all treatments and financial obligations in the privacy of our patient care office.

We offer our patients a seamless and easy to use electronic confirmation and reminder system. We will email or text your appointment confirmation 2 weeks prior and a reminder 4 days prior. We also offer our same day email or text reminder message which is sent 2 hours prior to your appointment. You can simply confirm your appointment by clicking a button. Remember, that to cancel or reschedule an appointment you must call our office during business hours and give 2 business day notice so we can give your spot to another patient.

Advanced Dental Technology

Our office offers the most advanced, state of the art dental technology for our patients’ convenience and well-being. Hanover Dental has in-office digital x-rays and 3D panoramic CT scanning with intra-oral cameras, which are low radiation (about the same radiation as sun exposure) and are environmentally friendly with no waste. All our dental workstations, instruments and equipment are sterilized by a certified technician and wrapped for your safety. If you have any questions about x-rays or sterilization techniques, please speak to one of our trained dental professionals to ease your mind.

Reducing Dental Fears & Anxiety

Hanover Dental offers a calming and stress-free office environment. We take the time to discuss all dental treatments with our patients so that they are fully aware of all processes and do not feel uneasy about the unknown. We offer massage chairs for relaxation during treatment and Netflix viewing for the comfort of home during long appointments and for all kids’ appointments. We have caring and highly trained team members to take care of you throughout your office visit. From the moment you walk through the door our team will welcome you and communicate each step with you for your ease of mind.
