Everything was good; the process was interesting in the technology used these days. All those I met were very friendly. Last year (don’t remember the time of year), I’d asked about an appointment and been told it would be a few months wait, so I chickened out. This time, they got me in a couple days after asking for an appointment (initial, ~ 1.5 hours) and only a few weeks wait for my first cleaning, so I count myself pretty lucky.
